Inversion Workshop Watch Preview

About the Workshop:

An action-packed assessment of alignment and power in key hand balancing poses.

Building an inverted yoga practice balanced in strength and flexibility means we must dig deep & search for any missing or misplaced pieces. Most often we don’t need to look far as we are not lost, maybe just wandering a little off track. In this series we get on-track and learn how to truly develop a kick ass, upside down practice. If you feel weakness you will learn the tools of how to cultivate strength. If you feel inflexible you will learn how to efficiently encourage mobility. Here we will uncover the simple tricks, mechanics and corrections to help us discover the path to breakthrough!

Course includes:

  •  Access to learning dashboard
  • Tutorial videos
  •  "Inverted Yoga" Handbook
  •  YACEP course (upon request)

About your instructor:

Hi, I’m Abbe, full time fitness nerd and movement junkie. I come from an abundant movement background of Body Building, Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning, Alternative Movement and Yoga (just to name a few!) Each style of movement was always missing one thing- each other which led me to the realization that when it comes to wellness and mobility, inclusiveness is key. This led to the birth of our studio and registered movement school, Helix Alternative Movement as well as its subsequent movement methodology, Pazu. Pazu represents the combination of all of these different physical and energetic modalities mixed with a fun-loving and passionate touch.

I am a 200RYT & 500RYT in Vinyasa Flow. I have completed both my level one and advanced Thai Bodywork Certification at Rolf Bodyworks and certified in Animal Flow. Forever a student, I've since expanded my studies with other bad-ass teachers such as Carlos Tao, Tom Myers, Shiva Rea, Noah Maze, Jason Crandall, Kino McGregor and many more.
